Registration

The conference fee is payable in Euro (€) and it includes:

•  materials of the conference including the abstract book 

• a copy of the conference proceedings

• a cocktail reception during the poster session (Tuesday 5th)

• all coffee breaks

• the conference banquet and conference excursion (Thursday 7th)

• a visit of the ALTO facility at the Institut de Physique Nucléaire d’Orsay (Friday 8th).
  

The full fee is € 400.00 while the reduced fee for students is € 250.00. Students must specify their Head of Department or Supervisor name in the registration form to qualify for the reduced fee. The accompanying person registration fee is € 70.00 and it includes the social dinner and the other social events.

 The payments should be effected in Euro by bank transfer. You will receive an email with instructions on how to do this a few days after your registration. Emails will be sent out in week 17-18. We apologize for the delay and confusion.
