Instructions for contributors

All contributions to the conference (oral presentation or poster) are to be presented in an abstract. All abstracts will be collected into a booklet that will be distributed to the participants at the registration.

Abstract

One A4 page is available per abstract. A word template is provided here. The book of abstracts will be printed in black and white so ensure that figures etc are suitably formatted for grayscale.

The abstracts should be submitted before March 1st, 2012. Deadline extended to March 15th. All the abstracts will be reviewed by the International Advisory Committee and the acceptance notification will be e-mailed before March 30th, 2012, indicating whether they are allocated for oral presentation or for posters (the submitting author should clearly indicate his/her preference.

Oral presention

All oral presentations will take place from Monday to Friday at the Hermite amphitheatre of the Institut Henri Poincaré. One or more invited talks will be presented for each session.

A total time of 40 minutes (35’+5’ for discussion) will be allotted for invited papers and 25 minutes (20’+5’ for discussion) will be allotted for oral contributions.

Poster

The maximum dimensions of a poster are 160 cm (Height) and 110 cm (Width). Please post your presentation on the board assigned for you by a presentation number before the Poster Session starts. Your presentation number can be found in the program. Poster boards and pins will be provided.

Proceedings

The proceedings will be published in a Hyperfine Interaction dedicated volume after reviewing. Six pages will be allocated for invited papers and four for contributed papers of selected talks. Three pages will be asked for poster contributions.

Instructions for the manuscripts preparation will be sent along with the notification of acceptance of abstracts.
